As each piece is made to order, minor imperfections may be present, adding to its handmade charm. While the etched silhouette will closely resemble the approved proof, small variations may occur.

1. Choose Your Artwork Option
New Silhouette: Turnaround: ~8 weeks. Artwork includes standard flowers. If you'd like birth flowers (+$20 per silhouette) or custom flowers (+$50 per silhouette), please email me for an additional invoice.
Existing Silhouette: Turnaround: ~4 weeks. If you've ordered before and received a digital proof, we can reuse your artwork. **If you ordered in early 2022 and did not receive a digital proof, you'll need to order new artwork.

2. Upload Your Photo
New Silhouettes: Follow the photo guidelines below. You'll receive a proof via email—please respond within 7 days. If we don’t hear from you within the 7 day timeline, the proof will be auto-approved. Please note: One silhouette drawing is included with purchase. Edits are $50, so please send a photo that displays all characteristics (hair, mouth, etc.) as you'd like for them to appear in your silhouette.
Existing Silhouettes: Upload your previous digital proof to help us match your order quickly.
Important: Your photo must be ready when you place your order.
We are not able to accept photos sent later via email or message.
If you’d like to request something specific (like a bow), please leave a note in the "special requests" box before adding to cart. Not all requests can be accommodated, so your best option is to submit a photo that shows your child or pet exactly as you want them portrayed.
Important Notes:
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. Please check all order details carefully before placing your order. Order will not be cancelled or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to: mistakes made by customer during checkout process, forgetting to add a discount code to order before paying or using the wrong payment method, wanting to use a different photo instead of the uploaded photo, etc.

This includes screenshotting and using proof without permission (including but not limited to: party goods, paper goods, holiday items such as paper ornaments, or printing and framing).
