2026 Silhouette Ornaments

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

*Read through to the bottom, as this year's ornaments will be different than previous years. All ornaments will ship by Thanksgiving 2026.

1. Choose Your Artwork Option

New Silhouette: If you're ordering multiple ornaments using the same silhouette, you only need to purchase the "new silhouette artwork" once. The additional copies can be ordered as “existing silhouette” ornaments at the lower rate.
(Example: For six ornaments with the same silhouette, order one as “new” and five as “existing.”) Please note, orders are final once placed, and we will not refund if you purchase all ornaments with new artwork. Check carefully before ordering!

Existing Silhouette: If you've ordered before and received a digital proof, we can reuse your artwork. **If you ordered in early 2022 and did not receive a digital proof, you'll need to order new artwork.

2. Upload Your Photo 

New Silhouettes: Follow the photo guidelines below. You'll receive a proof via email—please respond within 7 days. If we don’t hear from you within the 7 day timeline, the proof will be auto-approved. Please note: One silhouette drawing is included with purchase. Edits are $50, so please send a photo that displays all characteristics (hair, mouth, etc.) as you'd like for them to appear in your silhouette.

Existing Silhouettes: Upload your previous digital proof to help us match your order quickly. You can find your proof in our email thread from MeganBickleinDesigns@gmail.com.

Important: Your photo must be ready when you place your order.
We are not able to accept photos sent later via email or message.

If you’d like to request something specific (like a bow), please leave a note in the "special requests" box before adding to cart. Not all requests can be accommodated, so your best option is to submit a photo that shows your child or pet exactly as you want them portrayed.

3. Enter Engraving Text

You can add on two optional lines of engraving. Please type your engraving exactly as you'd like it in the text box before adding to cart (example: Line 1: Megan Line 2: 2026)
We are unable to make changes to engraving after your order is submitted.

Double-check spelling and all details before checkout.
Due to high order volume, we cannot accept changes or special requests via email after your order is placed.

Most engravings will be centered; however, longer hairstyles may require the text to be slightly off-center to fit properly.
All engraving is done in lowercase script font.

Important Notes:

-Ornaments will ship with a gold ribbon this year. This ribbon can be removed if you want to use your own ribbon.

-We are using a different company this year for ornaments, so please note that- while the ornaments will have a similar design- sizing, font, ornament bevel, engraving, and ribbon color may be different than previous years. We will not be sending proofs for the ornaments design itself, only for the silhouette design (if new silhouette artwork is requested).

-This item is a pre-order, and will ship before Thanksgiving 2026. I kindly ask that you do not send follow up emails, as your order is not late or delayed unless you have not received it after Thanksgiving.

-Ornaments are GLASS, and very fragile. Any issues must be reported on the day of delivery to be considered for a replacement. Any issues reported beyond the day of delivery, regardless of circumstances, will not be considered for replacement. Mae Bicklein Designs is not responsible for packages delayed or lost in transit. Engravings may scratch over time- please use care when handling and storing.

-ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. Please check all order details carefully before placing your order. Order will not be cancelled or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to: mistakes made by customer during checkout process, forgetting to add a discount code to order before paying or using the wrong payment method, wanting to use a different photo instead of the uploaded photo, etc.

-Mae Bicklein Designs owns the Copyright for any work created, including all botanical silhouette designs. Attempt to recreate or copy artwork will result in legal action. This includes screenshotting and using proof without permission (including but not limited to: party goods, paper goods, holiday items such as paper ornaments, or printing and framing).
