Please read THIS PDF (LINKED) before placing your order to avoid future revision fees. Since each item is hand drawn by me, I use my artistic eye to decide which features to accentuate, which features to smooth, and how to draw each characteristic to create the final product. I understand that you may have a vision going into the purchase of your silhouette, so I ask that all requests are given in the "notes" box at the time of purchase. Please note any features that you would like to look a specific way, otherwise I will use my judgement to decide what will look best. Eyelash style, neckline, and flower groupings are standard and may not be changed. If requests are not given at the time of purchase, an edit fee of $50 per edit will be required.
Step 2: Place your order.

Step 3: I’ll draw and send over your proof for approval.
My current turnaround time is 6-8 weeks from the time the order is placed which will put ship by date no later than August 25, 2025. Your proof may arrive to your email any time between when your order is placed, up to 7 days before your ship-by date. For the sake of time, I ask that you do not follow up to check in on your proof, as this delays the time that I can spend drawing. Your proof will be delivered to your email address when it’s ready to ensure that it doesn’t go to spam :) Please add the email: MeganBickleinDesigns@gmail.com to your contacts to ensure it will arrive in your inbox. If you need your cameo to match the size/alignment of a previous cameo, I'll need to know at the time of approval. You’ll have one week (7 days) from the time the proof is sent to approve your proof. If proof is not approved within 7 days, it will be cut and delivered as-is to ensure you receive the final product in hand within the expected timeframe (I understand email is sometimes not checked so the proof may be missed!) Colored backings are subject to change at any time due to availability and are not guaranteed to match unless silhouettes are sent within in the same order. Edits will add additional time to order turnaround.
Terms and Conditions
Sale price available for new purchases only and cannot be applied to previous purchases/orders. All artwork, including digital proof, is property of Mae Bicklein Designs. Legal action will be taken against any attempt to replicate, re-produce, re-print, sell, or copy any artwork provided by Mae Bicklein Designs, including screenshotting and using proofs for your personal use. If you would like rights for any of these options, please email me. By purchasing from Mae Bicklein Designs, you agree to forfeit rights to start any competitive business selling paper-cut silhouettes and utilizing any processes shared between Mae Bicklein Designs and Customer. All sales are completely final after payment has been made. Photos are due at the time the order is placed, no exceptions. Any issues with packages must be documented via email with photos of damage within 24 hours of delivery. Mae Bicklein Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, however I'm happy to help how I can. By paying your invoice, you agree to these terms and conditions. You agree to uphold your portion of the order (responding to any emails sent regarding your order, providing the photos within the given timeline). You understand that failure to uphold your portion of the order will result in your order being closed without receiving a final product or monetary compensation, no exceptions.
