All artwork, including digital download files, is the intellectual property of Mae Bicklein Designs LLC and is protected by copyright law.
For digital downloads, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This purchase does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, trace, or modify the artwork for resale or commercial use
- Share, distribute, gift, or resell the digital file in any format
- Use the artwork for business purposes or profit, including but not limited to stationery, party goods, embroidery, apparel, signage, or digital products
- Grant permission or sublicense the artwork to other artists, designers, or businesses (embroidery, apparel, stationery, signage, etc.)
Any attempt to replicate, reproduce, sell, distribute, or otherwise misuse the artwork may result in legal action.
If you are interested in commercial rights or extended usage, please contact me prior to purchasing for licensing information.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered once payment has been completed.
Mae Bicklein Designs LLC is not responsible for printing errors, color variations, or quality issues caused by third-party printers, devices, or software.
